Group Fitness Classes

Cancellations

When Northville Public Schools are closed due to weather, morning fitness classes are cancelled.  Decisions regarding evening classes are made at 4:00pm.

$50/monthly resident pass for unlimited class experiences
(non-resident fees apply)
$8 per class
drop in fee

For everyone’s safety, we cannot allow children under the age of 13 to attend Group Fitness classes, even if they are accompanied by an adult. Please arrange childcare in advance of attending fitness classes. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please note that when classes are scheduled back-to-back, each class will end 5 minutes early to accommodate the transition between classes.

Purchase a monthly pass & attend as many classes as you like! Monthly passes are $50/55/60, based on residency OR just drop-in to any class and pay the class fee. Drop-in rates are $8 and $5 for Silver classes.

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or make location & instructor changes to any class at any time for reasons that may include, but not limited to, scheduling, participant & instructor safety, space availability, instructor illness, emergency. We are committed to providing our guests with the best customer service possible. We appreciate your flexibility & understanding when these special circumstances arise.

Cycle Circuit Cardio intervals with our stationary bikes along with intervals of functional strength endurance training.
   
Pilates Express Strengthen, tighten and tone in this quick 30 minute class. Perfect for any level of fitness, pilates is easy on the joints and beneficial for the whole body.
 
Healthy Hips & Backs Yoga As we drive our cars, sit at our desks, watch tv or work on the computer, it is more important than ever that special attention be paid to these critical areas of the body. This class will focus on releasing tension as well as increasing strength and flexibility.
   
Cardio Blast Formerly known as “Northville Fit”, this class is a functional exercise based workout that will challenge your muscles, give you amazing core strength and raise your heart rate.
 
Pilates Ball Mat and Stability Ball combination class designed to shape the body through core strengthening exercises. You will notice improved posture and tension reduction with the flowing movements of this class.
 
POWER These toning based barbell classes are proven to strengthen your entire body.
 
Silver Strength Designed for the older, active exercisers! Silver Strength focuses on toning our muscles to prevent injury and improve bone density.
 
Silver Yoga Yoga is a core conditioning class that enhances our range of motion, improve balance and keep us both mentally and physically fit.
 
Total Conditioning Challenge yourself with this athletic‐based cardio and strength training workout. This total body conditioning class will build cardiovascular endurance and blast calories while you work. All fitness levels are welcome.
 
Yoga‐Lates This class will build core strength and flexibility by combining the best of both worlds, Yoga & Pilates!
   
Yoga Strengthen and tone muscles while improving flexibility and relaxation techniques. Yoga I is a restorative, hatha-style class, suitable for all levels. Yoga II is more of a flow-style & suitable for intermediate and advanced students.
 
Zumba Zumba comes packed with dance moves inspired by Latin and African rhythms to help you experience a party-like environment while you work out!
 
Zumba GOLD This low-impact, cardio workout is designed for the older, active adult, those just starting a program or anyone physically limited. Learn easy-to-follow dance steps that are just as much fun as Zumba, but low impact.
 
Women on Weights Tone up and increase strength and flexibility in this resistance training class. Perfect for the active adult looking for an intermediate strength training workout. This is a 45 minute class.
   
Super Step Back by popular demand, Super Step will elevate your heart rate, build endurance and challenge your fitness level!
 
Next Level Fitness This high energy class will take your fitness to the next level! Challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular strength with intervals of strength and cardio exercises that will blast calories and help you reach your
