The Michigan Community VNA will be offering the Quadrivalent Flu Vaccine and the Fluad High Dose Senior (65+). Please bring insurance information. 

Insurance Accepted: Aetna, BCBS (except TEA Prefix), BCN, HAP (except CIGNA), Medicare & Medicare Advantage Plans, Physician's Health Plan. Priority Health Plan, United. Must have your insurance card. All others will need to pay by cash or check payable to Michigan Community Wellness.

Michigan Medicare Assistance Program (MMAP)
The Michigan Medicare Assistance Program (MMAP) is the organization designated by Medicare to educate and counsel beneficiaries in Michigan. Due to Covid-19, MMAP will be doing counseling over the phone or by internet again this year. No in-person appointments. 

To schedule an appointment, call MMAP at 800-803-7174 and specify "Northville Open Enrollment" when leaving your name and phone number or email address. 

Fall Craft & Treats - Drive Thru Pick Up
Looking for an activity to do in your own living room? Register and drive-thru the Northville Community Center for a fun Fall craft and tasty treat. 
Pick up your supplies at the Northville Community Center, in the back parking lot off Cady Street. These are drive by events, so let us do the heavy lifting for you! Registration deadline November 17.
