Northville Parks and Recreation & Northville Senior Services provide many fitness classes as a registered course. You can sign up online or in person.

Women's Bootcamp
Change nothing & nothing changes... you can do this! Celeste Johnson, certified fitness trainer and nutritionist, will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Her glass offers:
  • Personalized training in a group setting
  • Resistance, cardio and abdominal workouts for ALL ages and fitness levels. 
  • Modified exercises for women with join problems. 
  • Nutrition tips and lots of support.
Equipment is provided, so all you need is a desire to get fit, have fun and see results!

Senior Cardio Drumming with Marie
Fun full-body workout you can do standing or sitting! Use the principles of rhythm & movement to improve cardiovascular endurance & muscular strength. Please bring your own equipment: large stability ball (55-65cm), drum stick & round 17 gallon bucket or round laundry basket.

Barre Above
A combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines such as yoga and Pilates. The Barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps and light weight movements. No dance background required. All fitness levels welcomed. Equipment needed: light dumbbells (1, 2, or 3 lbs.), and comfortable, breathable clothing. Barre is done in barre socks or socks with non-slip grips, or in shoes with overall support.
